Add BAT to AthAnalysis
BAT is being built for AnalysisBaseExternals, and I don't see BAT in the LCG stack, so I think we need to build it in AthAnalysisExternals too, yes?
This is being started as a discussion point .. I haven't tested this change, I just assumed it would be enough to work?
