Draft: Updates of AnalysisBase packages to match LCG_105b

This MR contains the updates required to match the AnalysisBase package versions to LCG_105b with ROOT 6.30/06 (https://lcginfo.cern.ch/release_packages/105b/x86_64-el9-gcc13-opt/)

Notes:

  • The ROOT cmake configuration is still missing the tarball download location at http://cern.ch/atlas-software-dist-eos/externals/ROOT/
  • With the update of TBB the build procedure had to be changed from make to cmake

Keep this MR in Draft status for now since we might never move to this version.
