FastJet clang patch, master branch (2017.08.31.)

Created a patch for fastjet-3.2.2 that allows it to be built by the latest clang version. (5.0.0-rc4 at the time of writing.)

@elmsheus, probably you want to know about this. (The latest 3.3.0 version still has this issue. So I reported the problem to the FastJet mailing list.)
