IDE Integration Improvements, 1.0 branch (2017.11.09.)

This is a list of minor quality-of-life improvements in the way ATLAS CMake projects get presented in some of the IDEs. (Like Xcode and KDevelop.) The changes should not affect the build at all, they are only meant to affect how IDEs present the source files to the developer.

Tested the changes with Xcode and QtCreator on MacOS and SLC6 respectively. (The changes mainly affect Xcode from these two...)
