Master: fix LCG Qt5 paths needed by VP1 on SLC6 and Centos7

This MR sets proper Qt5 paths and env vars.

It also tries to properly set the missing env var QT_PLUGIN_PATH, which is needed on Lxplus (both SLC6 and Centos7) to run VP1 properly.
