macOS Packaging Update, 1.0 branch (2018.03.13.)

Attila Krasznahorkay requested to merge akraszna/atlasexternals:macOSPackageUpdate-1.0-20180213 into 1.0

Made CPack only generate TGZ files on MacOS by default. As that will be the format that we'll use to distribute central MacOS builds with.

Note that PackageMaker has not been part of macOS since a while now. So it's time for me to give up on it. 😛
