Switched all "offline" projects back to LCG_93a. After the "temporary" switch to LCG_93 in the ACTS update merge request. (!306 (merged))

@emoyse, I completely forgot about this. 😦 We "temporarily" switched back to LCG_93 in !306 (merged). So the current master branch builds all projects against LCG_93... Until this one goes in, I can't tag 2.0.5. 😦
