WIP: Build Yampl Using CMake, master branch (2018.10.10.)

The very latest version of yampl can be built with CMake. Even though it needs a fair amount of tweaking to build it reasonably using that configuration...

This is one proposal for fixing the issue reported by @fwinkl in ATLINFR-2692.
