MacPorts Fix(es), 1.0 branch (2019.01.14.)

In order to be able to pass a list of directory names as the CMAKE_IGNORE_PATH cache variable to the ROOT build, I had to move the CMake configuration to a helper script. Unfortunately I don't know of any other way of passing a cache variable that is a list, to an external's build.

With this setting I am now able to build ROOT on a machine that has MacPorts packages installed under /opt/local.
