Update projects from LCG_94 to LCG_94a

We would like to switch to the next tdaq externals, which are built against LCG_94a.

@akraszna could you merge and tag this ASAP? I will prepare the corresponding MR for athena as well. I know, LCG_95 is just out but let's do this step here first as there are lots of new features related to the HLT in the new tdaq release that we have been waiting for quite some time.
