FindCORAL.cmake Fix, master branch (2019.02.26.)

During !445 (merged) FindCORAL.cmake was updated to use lcg_python_external_module(...). Unfortunately a tweak in the code was left behind, which added CORAL_LIBRARY_DIRS to CORAL_PYTHON_PATH. It is now added back in.

I found out about it while trying to run q431 and q221 from my LCG_95 build of Athena...
