LCG_95 Missing Python Modules, master branch (2019.03.01.)

While testing the q431 and q221 Athena jobs on top of LCG_95 we discovered that we need to make the Athena project explicitly depend on a few more python packages. Find-modules for these packages are now added.

This is in order to improve athena!21493 (merged). (It will not fix the build/test issues seen by the CI though.)
