FindSuperchic Update, 1.0 branch (2019.09.11.)

This is meant as a replacement of !531 (closed).

I decided that it's not worth teaching FindSuperchic.cmake how to handle all different versions of this generator. Since as far as I know we will anyway only be able to use versions >=3.05. So now the code looks for the characteristics of this version's UI specifically.

While testing the changes I also found some errors in FindNjet.cmake and FindOpenLoops.cmake. Those went in with !500 (merged). I just never noticed the errors during the merge request review. 😦
