FJContrib Update, 1.0 branch (2019.10.18.)

Updated FastJetContrib to build version 1.041. This is a replacement of !476 (closed) which I admittedly just let die after it would never build correctly.

This is also related to !549 (closed), which pointed out that in order to use (the latest version of) Rivet from LCG_88, we have to use the same version of FJContrib in our build as what LCG is using. But as discussed there, the build provided by LCG is not actually appropriate for us. 😦

At the same time removed both patch files from he repository, which are no longer necessary for this version.
