Revert FindGaudi.cmake Update, master branch (2019.12.29.)

This reverts commit 22300e91.

It turns out (see ATLINFR-3333) that the update in FindGaudi.cmake was very destructive for the RPM dependency handling in our packaging. As the simplest thing for now I'm just reverting this change. But in the new year the code will have to be made more robust. (I'm not even entirely sure how this code is figuring out the "right" version number right now... 😦)
