AYUM Nightly Script Update, master branch (2020.02.27.)

I bumped into this while trying to install master/2020-02-27T1005/Athena_x86_64-centos7-clang9-opt in relation with ATLINFR-3403.

The current nightlies require RPMs from some "new" LCG YUM repositories. Now added these to the script.

@boeriu, I'm correct that this script is not used directly during the nightly installations, right? 😕
