Disable GeoModelTools, master branch (2020.03.16.)

Disabled the build of GeoModelTools as part of AthenaExternals.

This is necessary as the current version of GeoModelTools produces a library (XMLParser) that has a name clash with a library coming from ROOT.

I didn't disable it in VP1LightExternals, even though it probably causes some issues in the VP1Light build as well. 😦
