GeoModelTools Tweaks, master branch (2020.03.30.)

With !648 (merged) now in, I found 2 more issues that I wanted to fix before making a new tag:

  • Re-added GeoModelTools to the AthenaExternals project;
  • Updated FindGeoModelTools.cmake to refer to the updated names of the headers/libraries.
