Boost Catalina Fix, master branch (2020.04.15.)

Fixed the build of Boost on macOS Catalina. Thanks to @krumnack for pointing out that something was wrong!

Not really sure why it didn't work before, since the same sort of code does work in the 1.0 branch. 😕 Nevertheless, these changes should make the build configuration more robust in general.
