ROOT 6.22 Update, master branch (2020.07.28.)

Updated FindROOT.cmake to be compatible with ROOT version 6.22.

PyROOT is re-organised in the new ROOT version, so the module needs to look for it a little differently now. This should fix the CMake configuration error seen in the dev4 nightlies since a while.
