FindCairo.cmake Fix, master branch (2020.10.06.)

Fixed the RPM dependency setup in FindCairo.cmake. By cherry-picking the fix from !750 (merged).

As we found in the 21.X x86_64-centos7-gcc62-opt nightlies, this package/RPM changed its name from Cairo to cairo between LCG_91 and LCG_92.

Since we don't use this in the master branch of atlas/athena directly anymore, this is not so much of an issue. Still, that fix should not get lost in the 21.X branches...
