TBB Fixes, master branch (2020.12.02.)

I only realised from athena!38749 (merged) that d4acadaf had an unfortunate effect on FindGaudi.cmake. Since the change introduced a conflict between this repository's FindTBB.cmake and the one in Gaudi (https://gitlab.cern.ch/gaudi/Gaudi/-/blob/master/cmake/modules/FindTBB.cmake).

To resolve this I copied some of the tricky code present in Gaudi's codebase, and simplified FindGaudi.cmake a bit.
