KLFitter Update, master branch (2021.07.14.)
This is a sibling of !846 (merged), updating the master branch to building KLFitter 1.4.0.
The master branch used to include a patch for KLFitter-1.3.2 to make it compatible with ROOT 6.24. That is no longer necessary with this new version of the external.
