CI on Master, master branch (2021.12.06.)

Made the CI run on the master branch as well. This is just to make sure that after any merge the master branch would be in a healthy state for sure.

This was triggered by me missing the onnxruntime build issue that was introduced by !885 (merged).

Pinging @fwinkl.

Also note that during the weekend I disabled the webhooks to Jenkins. So right now only the GitLab CI jobs are running for this repository...
