CI Update, master branch (2022.02.03.)

Removed the x86_64-centos8-gcc11-opt (AnalysisBaseExternals) build from the CI.

The YUM repositories defined in the centos:8 Docker image are not functional anymore. Since CentOS 8 is past the end of its life, it is not worth investigating this further.

Kept the "template" in the CI configuration for now, just in case.
