Taught the code how to recognise RedHat Enterprise Linux (8+) using /etc/os-release.

This is based on the /etc/os-release file posted by @tadej on: !953 (comment 5637360)

Tadej, since I don't have access to such a machine, I didn't try this in practice. But I believe this is what should fix the issue for you, and it's not a problem with how the code handles quotes...
