Add support for RooMultiVarGaussian for asimov and toy generation

The machinery for Asimov and toy generation is updated to support RooMultiVarGaussian which has more than one global observable. quickAsimov works in the same way as before. For quickToy, user need to provide the name(s) of the MVG by -e option, for example -e A or -e A,B.
