Fixes based on master branch

Applying some fixes based on the last ones we did on master.

  • On the gitlab-ci.yaml Kostas made some changes since the remove dangling image was no longer needed and he updated to use the pull through cache of CERN
  • On lib/imageRouter/index.js is the fix to the vulnerability.
