Changed colour of cmap, added workspace condition

In this merge request:

  • Changed output of eye monitoring function to DC offset (bias), and the location of the .txt and .png files containing the XY values and eye monitoring diagram respectively - this replaces the output that was just the 2D array of XY values
  • Concluded that efficiency of EMD function cannot really be improved...
  • Removed original soft error counter function and renamed parallel soft error function to just soft error function
  • Changed SE scan function so that it follows the D_OL_EG convention of the soft error counter function
  • Soft error scan function has been parallelised - however, as GBCR name is required to change equaliser settings, only egroups of the same GBCR can be scanned in one go
