Quick fix to import error handling

Roman Mueller requested to merge funcToClass_roman into funcToClass
  • Make exception if IChandler library not installed or problem with lpgbt_control_lib (bugging on local machine).
  • set woflxcore to False as default (this is what users will want to use mostly)
