New selection for the leptons

Benjamin Alexandre Blancon requested to merge Tprime_dileptonic_SS_Work into Tprime_dileptonic_SS_Master

I changed the selection of the leptons according to the AN2022_050 with a dedicated isolation for both muons and electrons for 2016 and 2017/2018. The significance increases by 15% and the number of signal events is higher. I also fixed a bug in the evweight to take prefiring SF into account.
