Adding the 3 years + First scan at 600 GeV

Benjamin Alexandre Blancon requested to merge Tprime_dileptonic_SS_Work into Tprime_dileptonic_SS_Master

I added the three years and did the btage fficiency for 2016 and 2017 with the new lepton identification. I corrected few bugs to match the correct weights and produce the correct data for 2016 and create the correct distributions. I changed the discriminant varibles in the Control regions (still need to be optimzied) and look at the results for a mass of the Tprime equal to 600 geV (needed to be automatized).
