Rest tables rendering in HTML and LaTex
I do not know if this could be easily fixed, anyway I report here the problem because I think that something could be tried at the cheby
level.
Cheby produces rest tables of different sizes depending on the content. This, I think, leads to different size table in HTML and LaTex. See below, in order, source, HTML and PDF output. Perhaps padding the rest table could help (not sure).
