merge SY/ABT DKFC contributions

With the following improvements and fixes:

• add and connect an general-cores fmc_i2c_controller
• build_gw: disable non-OOC clk_gen_0.xdc
• create_bd: add support for vivado 2024.1 in addition to 2024.2
• golden_kfc_v2: reduce critical warnings
• golden_kfc_v1: reduce critical warnings
• scripts: add shebang and improve configure_si5341
• gitignore: exclude .Xil
• build_gw: source post_user_bd after generate_target

This contains some parts of #19 (closed), can your team continue working on removing these critical warnings?
