gw: consider using existing I2C bus instead of SHARED_BUS for C2C reset

Companion issue from FMC Carrier be-cem-edl/diot/fmc-carrier#23

With the planned deprecation of FMC Carrier v1, the I2C lines can be passed to the common I2C backplane bus, instead of the current SHARED_BUS solution
