Vacuum trigger & configurable stations from cmd line

This update adds 2 new features:

  • SW interlock WARNING + LOCKDOWN for vacuum quantities
  • Configurable station quantities monitoring from command line (removes the need to edit config when monitoring less than 4 modules), only implemented for module X NTC and vacuum X
