convenience function for RF waveform in RFStation

Added a method in the RFStation object to compute the voltage waveform on a user defined timebase. Avoids the need to go through the RingAndRFTracker, and (optionally) allows calculation on arbitrary turn numbers with or without the effect of RF feedbacks.

Branch taken from previous one, so also includes changes on previously opened merge requests.
