Automatic Compilation and Upload of BLonD documentation

Konstantinos Iliakis requested to merge kiliakis/BLonD:fix-docs into master
  • sets up a gitlab CI/CD job that compiles the documentation into html and uploads them as artifact.
  • Then gitlab can host the uploaded html and display it in a hosted domain.
