Draft implementation of feedback from issue

• Title: Parameter Database (instead of Admin Dashboard in all pages)
• Description: Remove the lorem ipsum text and add that the dashboard contains parameters that are not directly user inputs collected in the calculator
• Virological data: have accordion for each Virus type, only one opened at a time; and the same for any other parameters that are repetitive (Mask, Activity, etc).
• Virological data: symptomatic_vl_frequencies - Instead of data values, display the PDF
• Consider having an accordion for “viral concentration model” and “CO2 concentration model”
