Feature request - Control room profile
Hi everyone,
Input from Letizia regarding control rooms (it started with Atlas, but it applies to all of them...) requested a review of this. I've checked in with Atlas, CMS and the CCC and consolidated their feedback on how much time is spent talking.
Will be implementing the following: Control room (day shift) = Seated, 50% talking. Control room (night shift) = Seated, 10% talking.
On balance, I think it's worth adding since our office case is at 33% and call centre is at 100%. Looking at some examples with the P1 variant, there's a 100% increase from Office -> Call centre. If we have a new control room activity, we'll cut this to a <50% increase, which could well make the difference in terms of being able to fit within the guidelines, while still being a realistic simulation.
