Heterogeneous infection dose
One of the model improvements
Today we are using one single distribution for the infectious_dose
and one single value for the fraction_deposited
depending on the diameter. It is know that, from a virological point of view there is a heterogeneous relation between the infection dose and the location where the viruses are deposited in the RT.
The idea is to implement a sort of weighted average of different infectious dose values depending of where the virus is deposited (upper-tract, lower-tract, bronchial, alveoli etc )
ICRP can still be used here to determine the fraction deposited in the different areas.
