Added foundations of calculator report page

Full first sample of the report page (without the last results graph).

Includes full skeleton with place holders defined for all the calculator variables.

-> Some options need to be generated in real-time, I wait for @mrognlie and @pelson for a more complete pipeline first.

Basic css included in a separate file which defines specific data classes depending on how we want to display each part of the data.
