Mask and expiration: more general model

Nicolas Mounet requested to merge feature/mask_and_expiration_general_model into master

In Mask class, exhale_efficiency method is now diameter dependent -> better integration within the aerosols method in Expiration class.

Avoids in particular multiple definitions of particle_sizes, and will allow future improvements of mask model.

To be merged into MonteCarlo branch.
