Changes default strain in calculator to Delta.

Delta is now the default selection for strain. Also applies retroactively to QR codes missing delta (modification of model default). The rationale for the retrospective default change is that old simulations (i.e. nominal/wild type) being re-run today need to be re-run with the current dominant strain.
