General fixes

• Added fix to predictive CO2 concentration plot (including a minimum value for the y-axis domain (400ppm)
• Make sure to read raw values from xlsx files (fitting algorithm)
• Removed Cases data from WHO database for the incidence rate results
• Temporarily disabled ARVE sensors data;
