This release contains a new version of the tapegatewayd daemon that uses the new RAO version of the tape-gateway protocol.

PLEASE NOTE: All tapeserverd daemons should be upgraded to support the new RAO version of the tape-gateway protocol before any of the tapegatewayd daemons are upgraded.  The upgraded tape servers will be able to talk both the pre-RAO and RAO protocols.  The upgraded tapegatewayd daemons will ONLY be able to talk the RAO protocol.
