In preparation to ROOT 6, we need to drop the dependencies from Reflex.
PyCintex will disappear, but the ROOT Python module covers all the
functionalities of PyCintex, except for two problems:

    * Cintex is not enabled automatically and cannot be enabled
    * we get a message about "vector" being loaded twice

With work-arounds for these two issues, all the tests are passing.
