Major overhaul

Christian Holm Christensen requested to merge json_output into master

This is a new overhaul of the code:

  • JSON is used for I/O (much better than hand-crafted stuff)
  • Analysis in partitions (eta-gap, f.ex.) is now fully supported automatically using dressed harmonics.
  • A Python implementation is avaiable
