Add FSP Template

Chris Scheulen requested to merge add_fsp_style into master

As the FSP-ErUM now has new logos and corporate identity, a new LaTeX template was created by Steffen Korn and modified by me to work with the previous Makefile etc.

It can now be used similar to the old ugoe template by compiling make fsp.
