WIP: Refresh kaniko

Alexandre Lossent requested to merge refresh_kaniko into master

Builder image was not updated in a long time!

Push happens silently in this version of Kaniko. Not sure why. There's a mention of this in https://github.com/GoogleContainerTools/kaniko/issues/842#issuecomment-551946665 but in our case push is successful, image is properly uploaded to registry.
